Who We Are?
Our parent Company is NOC-OPS, LLC. Based out of Orlando, FL. Resto-OPS was born out of the need for affordable home and business disaster recovery rescues on January 1, 2022. Duane Dallachiesa a former U.S. Marine with prior experience in Real Estate, Restaurant Ownership, Planning, Designing and I.T. Project Management brings a culmination of leadership skills and experience to the industry.
